These terms govern your use of the BengalTigerSafari.com website and the planning services we provide. By submitting an enquiry, you agree to these terms.
Our Service
BengalTigerSafari.com is a specialist tiger safari planning service. We design tailor-made journeys and coordinate with responsible lodges and operators. We do not currently process online payments through this website.
Wildlife Sightings
Wildlife sightings are natural and can never be guaranteed. We design journeys to maximise your opportunities, but neither BengalTigerSafari.com nor its partners can promise sightings of tigers or any other wildlife.
Bookings & Payments
Commercial terms, deposits, cancellations and refunds are confirmed in writing during the planning process before any booking is finalised.
Responsibility
Travellers are expected to follow all forest department regulations and responsible viewing practices. We reserve the right to decline arrangements that conflict with ethical wildlife tourism.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the planning services we provide. We are not liable for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather, wildlife behaviour and changes to forest department regulations.
